Welcome to Mayobridge Kennels. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
Mayobridge Kennels provides professional dog boarding, cattery, daycare, microchipping and related pet care services.

2. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to any animal where health, welfare or safety concerns exist.
- Owners must provide accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behaviour and special requirements.
3. Vaccinations
For the safety of all animals:
- Dogs must have current vaccinations against core canine diseases.
- Cats must have current vaccinations against feline infectious diseases.
- Vaccination records may be requested before admission.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry where vaccination requirements are not met.
4. Health & Medical Treatment
- Owners must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies or behavioural concerns.
- If a pet becomes ill or requires veterinary treatment during its stay, we will attempt to contact the owner or emergency contact.
- Where immediate treatment is required and contact cannot be established, Mayobridge Kennels may seek veterinary care on the owner’s behalf.
- Veterinary fees and associated costs remain the responsibility of the owner unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
5. Medication
- Medication will be administered according to the owner’s written instructions.
- While every effort will be made to administer medication correctly, Mayobridge Kennels cannot accept liability for complications arising from undisclosed conditions or inaccurate instructions.
6. Feeding & Personal Items
- Food may be provided as part of the boarding service.
- Owners may provide their pet’s own food, bedding, toys or comfort items.
- Personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk.
- We cannot guarantee the condition or return of personal items.
7. Exercise & Socialisation
- Dogs may be exercised individually or with compatible dogs under supervision.
- Every effort is made to ensure a safe environment.
- Owners acknowledge that normal interaction between animals may occur despite appropriate supervision.
8. Collection & Boarding Charges
- Boarding fees are charged in accordance with our published rates.
- Additional charges may apply for extended stays, specialised care or late collection.
- Owners remain responsible for all fees incurred during their pet’s stay.
9. Abandoned Animals
If an animal is not collected and no communication is received from the owner or emergency contact, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to safeguard the animal’s welfare, including contacting relevant authorities or rehoming organisations where legally permitted.
10. Liability
- While every reasonable care is taken, all animals are boarded at the owner’s risk.
- Mayobridge Kennels shall not be liable for illness, injury, loss, death or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
11. Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse, remove or isolate any animal displaying aggressive, dangerous or excessively disruptive behaviour.
12. Cancellation Policy
Mayobridge Kennels reserves the right to apply cancellation charges where bookings are cancelled at short notice. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
13. Website Use
All content on this website is provided for information purposes only. We reserve the right to modify website content, pricing and services without notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
